Advantech Wireless company announces the release of a new series of Ku-band GaN amplifiers (SSPA/BUC) with a power of 60/80/100/125 W, designed for operation in extreme temperatures from -55°C to +70°C.
The amplifiers made according to GaN technology have an external design, compact dimensions and effectively remove heat due to a well-thought-out design. The devices are characterized by the highest technical characteristics and reliability. The design features allow for exceptional linearity and operational efficiency.
The weather-protected modules are ideal for use in the most severe weather conditions, for example, when providing satellite communications on board an aircraft.
