The new KDL/H 24 cable entry panel, offered by Murrplastik Systemtechnik, has a very high degree of protection (IP69K). The panel body is made by injection molding of zinc, which provides it with high strength, rigidity and wear resistance. That is why the KDL/H 24 is ideal for working under conditions of constant and very high mechanical loads. The cable entry panel is resistant to steam cleaners and high-pressure cleaners, 100% resistant to UV radiation and ozone, and can be used in the temperature range from -40 to +100°C. The cable entry panel is perfectly suitable for outdoor use, for example, in construction machines and engineering systems of buildings and structures.
The KDL/H 24 panel is additionally equipped with a block of inlet tubes made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which securely fixes each wound cable behind a metal frame, while removing voltage from it. Due to this, the separation of the tube is practically excluded even under heavy mechanical loads. Extreme weather conditions and environmental influences, including the effects of moisture, acids, alkalis, alcohols, mineral oils, cleaning agents, fats and dust, can also not cause harm to KDL/H 24.
Innovative installation technologies for shorter installation time
Installation of the KDL/H 24 is extremely simple. Instead of fixing the cable with the input tube by inserting it vertically from above into the cable entry, as is usually done, the KDL/H 24 system makes everything much easier. The wound cable is inserted into the input tube block, the tube block is pressed into the slot, the cables are installed in the corresponding input tubes, after which each input tube is pressed into the tube block. The frame itself is mounted on the input tube block and fixed with four M5 screws. Installation is carried out in a horizontal plane in front, which is especially convenient when completing and repairing prepared wires.
Installation of high-density cable wiring
Thanks to the use of the KDL/H 24 panel, up to 48 wires can be inserted even in the most limited space! For the installation of cable wiring, there are 10 different variants of input tubes with a clamping range from 2 to 12 mm, a variety of tubes for two and four wires, as well as a plug tube for re-closing the inputs. The installation dimensions of the KDL/H 24 correspond to the standard slot for 24-pole Harting and Wieland plugs.
High degree of protection IP69K
The degree of protection IP69K indicates resistance to the effects of high-pressure cleaners working with high-temperature water. The number 6 corresponds to protection against dust penetration, 9-protection against exposure to high-pressure cleaners at a short distance. The K index indicates a high water temperature. The IP69K degree is tested at a water pressure of 100 bar, a water temperature of 80° C and a water flow rate of 15 l / min.
