The equipment used in the production of heavy machinery is exposed to large temperature fluctuations and ultraviolet radiation on a daily basis. The machines can be thrown with garbage, treated with high-pressure water (IP66K) and cleaners (IP69K), and sometimes even completely immersed in liquid media (IP68). M12 XTREME - strong connecting cables. All metal parts of the connectors are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Installation using a hex nut and a torque wrench allows you to make sure that the connection is correct. The devices are extremely resistant to vibrations. The durable PUR cable sheath is flexible and wear-resistant. The black material used is resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
MSUD XTREME-valve connectors for heavy-duty operation. The valve connectors are completely cast and absolutely sealed. The silicone gasket is very strong and is fixed in such a way that it remains in place, regardless of the operating conditions. The screw connection is made of stainless steel. The shell material is PUR. The connectors are equipped with an LED status indicator. The device contains an integrated overvoltage protection element.
